I'm in the process of training an obby mauler...

 

And I was planning on getting mith gloves on the little guy...

 

Well, obby maulers are known to use lots of uncommonly used weapons (ones that need 1 attack), like silverlight, slayer staff, machete, etc...

 

 

 

And I noticed with mith gloves, I can get a skewer.

 

I like it's stats, very good if it's 1 attack, but I'm unsure if it needs a level or not to wield.

 

 

 

no items database mentions ones, but on runehq's equipment bonus calculator, it is grouped in the 30-59 req group.

 

 

 

 

 

Does anyone know the reqs the skewer needs to use aside from rfd prequests?

Looks like you'll be the one to find out as I don't think anyone has attempted this before.

and I wouldn't be shocked if it needed an attack level, because the stats are pretty good.

 

 

 

+20 stab +29 slash & +31 str seems too good to be true for a 1 handed weapon with no attack req, seeing as iron scimmy offers +10 slash and +9 str.

Try it out I'd say, and if it has an attack requirement post it in Website corrections so they can put the info in the item database
