Can you craft a battle staff you know just the plain one? Or do u have to buy it from the shop? You can buy them from Baba Yaga on Moonclan Isle and (EDIT) in the mage training arena (bought for pizzaz points). They are also dropped by aberrant spectres, infernal mages, sara wizards, zammy wizards, cave bugs, kalphite queen, scarab mage, dagganoth prime, skeletal wyverns, killerwatts, dust devils, locust riders, skeletal thugs, fire giants, otherworldly beings and waterfiends. Don't follow me. Severeal monsters drop them, like ankous, but its far easier to buy. Zaff and others used to sell them, but now it's only baba yaga on moonclan island (and someone in the mage training area, but he sells it for pizzas points rather than gp). "Noob" is an insult.
