havent made anything for ages and this is my first ever vector using illustrator. hopefully ill carry on.

Kane was saying that he didn't use a tablet, that it may look like he had, but it was drawn in Illustrator, using a mouse.

Looks good... Be sure to fill in the nail so you can't see the fingerline behind it...

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I don't like all the shading you did on the bottom right... it doesn't match well with the fingers and stuff... maybe if it was smoother.. i don't know... Pen tool skills could use some brushing up on, got some lumpy fingers there. :-P Nice work though Kane.
