Just about 2 years ago this was a really awesome place to go to when you wanted to spend some time on the internet. Every time I woke up I'd find at least 1 page full of interesting threads including debates, good websites with good content, discussions, etc. It's just natural that the amount of topics has decreased because every time some new user posts a "unique" argument, somebody will be quick to point out that it has been already argued through at least 200 times (not to mention the 'which is better, pepsi or coke' "discussions"). So unless major things happen in the world or the internet (like "The pope has died"), there's pretty much nothing everybody can chip their opinion into AND make it interesting, because everything has been discussed already. Board games aren't definitely an answer, ask any "serious" forum user and they'll say they're lame and full of spam because that's what they are.
