I am thinking it's due from the fact that when I made the account I wrote I was in AU, but now im in USA so there billing system thinks something is up. Now everytime I go to use the credit card feature it just declines my card. Anyone else ever have such problems? And if so what did you do to resolve it? I think better write about it to Jagex. I have gotten I think every macro response they got.
