This is F2P only cause if you are P2P you should know some good training spots anyways, or it is a waste of your money. Please feel free to comment and post constructive critiscm, please do not flame.

Guide- Buy arrows(2-5k to start) bronze or iron unless you are rich... you may want to use steel or even mithril. Buy all shortbows from oak to maple. Buy leather, cowl, coif, studded chaps, green dhide chaps and green dhide vambs.

1-10 ranged Options

Option A- Train on cows south of Falador beside crafting guild because it is less crowded.

Safespot:

Please note that to train on these you do not need to have acces to the guild. Or wear the required clothing

Option B- Train on chickens (low hp but you get feathers for money)

Draynor Chickens:

10-20 ranged Options

Option A- Continue with cows.

20-30 ranged Options (wear Studded and Willow bow)

30-40 ranged Options (wear maple bow)

Option A- Contiue at Hobgoblins.

Option B- Continue at Minotaurs. (I still used this on my pure)

Option C- Train at mossies on Crandor. (not varrock sewers too crowded)

Option D- Continue at Hill giants.

Option B- Lesser Demons in Karajama Volcano.

These are probably the best f2p ranging after about 60-70 range [thanks guys]. They are not in the wilderness and so long as you can fish and cook lobsters you could stay there for ever.

this is my inventory when I go:

Lesser Demons can be fought in the Karajama volcano:

note: if you do not have 40 cooking+ fishing you could bring noted c lobbies then sell and buy back at the general store. But you will lose more money this way [and fishing xp ;P]

Option C- Greater Demons. (in lvl 46 wild so be ready to log out or be good enough to pk other people)

[Not recommended because of pkers!]

Option D- Ice Warriors south of falador. (in cave, almost never crowded but not many safespots)

Option E- Ice Giants south of falador in ice cave:

Icecave.png

Safespot:

IceGiantspot.png

Option F- lvl 42 Zombies in the Stronghold. (2nd maybe 3rd floor, i forget.)

50-99 Options

(F2P doesnt have many good high lvl monsters to train on..)

Option A- Lesser Demons.

Option B- Greater Demons. [not recommended]

Option C- Ankous lvl 4 Stronghold(usually no one there and use safespot)

I hope this helps you,

I know this isn't your guide, but would lessers be a bit slow at 40 ranged? :-s

You forgot to include mossies too. Also, flesh crawlers are good xp.

Include what you should wear while trianing in f2p to get the best bonuses.

Thanks everyone for suggestions, corrections and recommendations. Im not too sure whether I will be able to do a picture of the best equpiment to wear. Im not f2p so I don't have it all and I'm not going to go everywhere trying to buy it all. Sorry. Maybe I could just write it down.
