Goobore
... train from 40 to 50 range ... You will need about 1310 Bronze arrows if you pick them up, or about 5240 if you don't pick them up. Minotaurs in the SoS are popular targets since they drop a lot of arrows. Hope this helps

ddaanniiellh
You can buy a bunch of bronze knives from the rogues den and use them to get your lvl. They cost 14 ea, very cheap, especially if you pick them up. ~Ddaanniiellh : 1437 : 173Lowest Combat to 1,000 Total in F2P (23 Combat)Check me out on YouTube! Omega_Squire
If you have the finance necessary, you can purchase a few 1,000 iron throwing knives from another player; or you can make them. If you can't afford or just don't have the time for iron knives, you can make or purchase iron arrows. Iron arrows are much quicker to make and are cheaper than iron knives by about 15 - 30gp per. If you do decide to use arrows, get an Ava's Accumulator or Attractor. They are very helpful - especially when training for long amounts of time. Due to their ability to pick up your arrows that land near you, they are time saving - they also have a slight offensive range bonus. Despite what you decide to use for a weapon, I find experiments in the gravesite tunnel to be great training. Some other great traning spots: -Moss giants west of the Fishing Guild -Blue dragons, black demons, black dragons and hellhounds in Taverly Dungeon Those are just some I use. But there are some suggestions in Tip.It's ranging guide: http://www.tip.it/runescape/?page=ranged_guide.htm I hope this is helpful! foolgool
I like iron/steel knives. Easy to smith, 15 at a time. Plus, they hit faster. Iron arrows at minotaurs is another good idea, though. The code in my sig should say 1032 not 0132.

Taoyection
40-50 should be mithril arrows for effective training and knifes/darts should NOT be used be before 45 ranged cause you wont hit enough to call it "fast/effective" training.
