Other things I know about the monsters:

  • Ants drop body parts ALOT

Jade vine poisons for 7 damage a hit

The jungle spider gives slayer XP for spiders task

The toucan and parrot give XP for a birds task

  • Never trust anyone. You are always alone, and betrayal is inevitable.
  • Nothing is safe from the jaws of the decompiler.

Excellent information. I need information about the monsters' locations before I can actually make them public though, something a little more than, "From the Back to my Roots" quest.

If someone could actually give me the name of the place they're found in, I'd be a very happy man. Also, are the monsters aggressive? Can they be fought after the quest? :)

Hope you don't mind, but I just added hide tags to your profiles. Just keeps the page tidy for those with small screens.

Thank you for your contribution :)

7 of them are in the big vine maze east of Shilo Village. They can be fought after the quest and are all aggressive regardless of your level, except the two birds.

The level 167 jade vine is fought in the farming patch in the Handelmort mansion in Ardougne, and it's aggressive. Seems to use all 3 attack styles, or perhaps it's magic and melee. Sorry that's the one thing I didn't get but I'm sure someone will know.

PS - I usually do add hide tags. Thanks. :P

Thanks for clearing that up. I've harvested all the information possible out of this thread and added it to the monster entries, which for the moment are hidden from public view. Be sure to check them out when they get released later on.

I'll take it there's nothing more for this thread to do, so I'll lock it. If anyone has any information or any queries, shoot me a PM. :)

Thanks Jard! Again.
