If that doesn't work then do something involving tracking. Not sure but I remember that i had a tracker ID and I think Jagex looks more into your query and may change your password.

well for me it was kinda the same thing

 

i wrote down everything possible like my pin, all my account payments

mine got declined about 6 times before i got it back so keep trying and add more each time
