I have a small question.

 

 

 

How exactly does one make animated images? I've seen a few users with signatures and avatars that are animated, I'd like to know how to make some of my own.

By popular demand, this signature is back- however I currently do not have a blog up at the moment and if I did I wouldn't update it. Sorry, the sig links to nowhere :( .

First, you need a set of GIF images you want to animate. They must be GIFs.

 

 

 

Then you need a GIF animation program. Google it and download one for free.

 

 

 

Follow the tutorials on the site to animate the GIFs.

 

 

 

You might be able to use Macromedia Flash editing software(Adobe.com) to make one, don't know if Flashes work on Tip.it though..
