October 23, 200718 yr Okay so I'm working on mournings end 2 because I have a quest cape goal which is going very well so far but this is the most confusing puzzle I've ever done. http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2quest_id=120 I am currently on step 6: Splitting the light. This is the 5th door. Now the problem here is that I think I was supposed to leave all the crystals in place so a light forms on the top floor splitting the light. See this if it helps explain more http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?p ... le_d5.htm# So I did what the guide says with pulling the lever before starting yet not pulling it after placing the blue crystal down. I followed that. I did the steps up until putting the broken crystal in the exact pillar that the guide shows. When I did, there was no light showing from anywhere. October 23, 200718 yr All I can say is you've got a mirror missing or angled wrongly somewhere along the way. I've checked thoose solutions about 4 times for assorted reasons and they are all perfectly correct. You need to back track ur light beam to see where it is turning incorrectly. You must of lost it somewhere by leaving a mirror out or angling one wrong. October 23, 200718 yr Yeah,that might be a good idea. A btw chances of getting a better expertises of this particular puzzle than me is slim. I spent 8 hours intially solving it, 2 hours redoing it to write the guideand about 5 hours going back through with assorted friends. Plus many questions through pm about it.
