Hi guys! I'm in a band called Broken Hinge and we’re in the Break Contest to possibly play at what would usually be Bamboozle, but for this year it’s being replaced by Skate and Surf (going back to what it used to be before “Bamboozle” ) Our first show for the first round is going to be at The Stanhope House in Stanhope, NJ on Sunday February 17th! We need to sell as many tickets as possible and want to bring as many as you to this venue to have fun and go absolutely crazy when we go on! Believe me, it’ll be hard to stand still during our set no matter what you listen to. Tickets are $12, doors are at 11 AM, and we won’t know our set time until a week before. Put it all behind you, or at least tell me what happened because my potential music career was ruined a few months ago. When I said I needed that song, that meant that I needed a demo to send to an independent record label. I didn't have the song so I called them back saying that I had nothing. This June I went on tour, don't ask how I got to do that because I don't even know. I'm sending demos of my own songs to a few independent record labels and I'm going on a tour Fall-Winter 2011 and again Spring-Summer 2012 and I kinda want to use my own songs. It's incredibly hard for solo artists to go anywhere unless they're on some mainstream pop label or whatever. And guitarists are a dime a dozen so really be grateful I'm asking you to help me with this tour after what happened. Whether it was my fault or not, I just kinda wanna know what happened. It's over and I don't make the same mistake twice. I'm scared, because the circle shows the radius of the lava flow and destruction. The whole United States and most of the world will be covered in ash and fall into Volcanic winter. Last time this erupted, the only life that survived was in South Africa. Yes, we are all related to south-africans. That's why I laugh at racists.

Talking online is a hard way to tell if a girl likes you. Hang out with her in person. Look for her body language. If she acts differently when she sees you, that's a sign. Also, look out for her flipping her hair or something something along those lines because that's a sign that she's either nervous or excited to be with you. If she seems nervous, take the pressure off it, just make her laugh.

Here's something different. So me and this girl started talking. We flirted a lot and we finally got the chance to chill alone. Now the circumstances of us chilling were very awkward. We were at my house (something I didn't wanna do), we only had 20 minutes, and we hooked up on my couch. Now it got weird when we had to keep stopping to get up and check the door because it didn't have a lock. I talked to her later that day and she sounded disappointed. We talked about it and she said she'd give me another chance, somewhere other than my house. After that day, we had no more conversations. Texted her twice within 2 days, no response. Now I actually liked this girl. Problem is, she started attacking me indirectly with stupid Facebook surveys and notes. She put such gems as: What would you do if you were in a room with the last person you kissed? "I'd jump out a window" What if the last person you kissed texted you? "I wouldn't be surprised. He loves having conversations with himself" Now, I know girls get over things. Especially something stupid like this. I'm planning on talking to her a little longer down the road, but I need guidance from the people that help me out so much everytime I bring my sorry ass in here. I'm thinking of pretty much just basing a conversation off "What happened? In a 20 minute period of time we went from a potential relationship to this." If you guys are confused about what went wrong, I'd understand. Because I've never witnessed this before.

A few days ago me and this girl started talking. Talking went to flirting, flirting went to the desire for us to chill alone. Hey guys, I started a band project. This is not a normal band project, it's something that's never be done before. This project is called "ThePerfecttSet". ThePerfecttSet started with an idea. A small acoustic set. It's like, you can be in the band if you got a voice, guitar, or anything that makes a sound. It's officially only got one member, me. It's a crazy idea, but it's different. If someone wants to be in this perfectt set, they ask us and we'll try something out. Everyone gets to be famous for 15 minutes. We do covers, but also original songs. The Extended Play (Demo) is called "Dream Journal" and it pretty much gets released to an independent record company after whenever it gets recorded. Playing a show a week back. :)

bro, NEVER bottle up. I tried it once, and it screwed my body up in ways it took months to recover from. Just let it out, so you can move on. It's not going to go away on its own. In the mean time, spend lots of time meeting new people and hanging with the bros. Meeting new people is a VEEEERY big move. Like if you even start to flirt with this one girl that you believe you can have a relationship with, all your past relationships just seem like old news to you. It's a great feeling actually. Just enjoy life. :)

I am a firm believer that love is forever. It's a stronger word than people think. I won't know if I was in love or not until I meet someone who over time I realize that they're someone who I want to spend the rest of my life with.
