October 24, 200718 yr :wink: has anybody else seen the new random event that hasnt yet been posted in the tip.it random events page. i think it must have been caused by a attack or maybe it just showed up but a person battled it when it appeared. It was called a stranger and was human. Its lv as usual seems to be based on your cb lv. Man runs into the water, and finds out that whats beneith its surface is more peaceful than whats above.
October 24, 200718 yr umm doesn't that guy pop up when you carry one of the dt diamonds? I'm not 100% sure, but if so, it's not a random.
October 24, 200718 yr should be in help/advice but he is the dude from DT if you have a DT diamond on you he will randomly come and fight you with a dds
October 24, 200718 yr Hm, It kinda reminds me of Stranger that appears to steal your diamond from Desert Treasure. Due to excessive feedback we have decided to raise the maximum amount one may stake to 5,000 coins, keeping people who prefer the arena the way it was before the update satisfied!

October 24, 200718 yr I never saw any stranger during the dt quest, but usually Jagex writes something about releasing new randoms.

October 24, 200718 yr Hi! The Stranger is not based on your combat level, and is part of the quest, Desert Treasure. If you are carrying any of the four diamonds at any time during the quest, there is a chance that a strange will appear. He attacks with a ddp, and is rather dangerous if you are not prepared. ~It's Super Effective!
