in disc 1, the 2nd time to airyglyph.. in the castle.. I went into the kings room and got this letter that he told me to deliver to elena.. however, I searched all over aquios, ever little room and everywhere in castle and cant find her... anyone know where she is?

I looked at gamefaqs.com, and it mentions that you should go to the second floor, then head southwest, where you will find Elena and Dion. *shrug*
