The orange colors are great, but the whole manip is not very balanced because of the purple grass. I think a same orange color would look better, just like the sky.

 

 

 

And, maybe you could put something in the middle for the effect. Maybe a person with arms spread out to the sky, something like that.

i was gonna do that, but i didnt hve the picture at the moment. Im searching as we speak....

Umm.. what did you do? Put a orange filter over a picture in photoshop..?

Well first of all, if you are going to be posting multiple pieces in a day, you need to create one page that you update. Having 4 threads on the first page by the same artist tends to clog things up.

 

 

 

As for the manip. If your just going for changing colors on a photo then you did a good job. But if you want something artistic.... There's nothing to it. You don't have any focal point except for a large blur. Sometimes that works, if the blur is to represent something like the sun as it sets or rises, but because you changed the colors, we don't know if the sky is of the right color for that case. So as I said your only focus point is a large blur, which is rather boring.
