If you're using Photoshop, go to File > Save image for web > make sure you save as jpeg and then adjust the quality-pin level.

im new to this stuff... :oops: , but why many sigs are PNG format...wuts the diff beteween JPEG and PNG

png is tipicly (slightly) smaller but still with the quailty of bit map =)
