Any one know he he has his cursor highlighted like that and bleep when he clicks. Heres one of the vids showing it if you are unclear of what i mean.

I've had something similar that came with an old mouse called Sonar that when you right click it does it so you can see where the mouse is.

 

Can't really help more than that though. sorry :x
