im at 44 nobrimw so how do i get it to 56 for regicide should i do quests or haven

Run the barbarian course until 47. It is very boring, but quicker than Brimhaven.

 

 

 

Once you hit 47 agility, start using the wilderness course. Bring a summer pie and take a bite right before attempting to enter the course (pie gives +5 agility). Once inside the course, use normal agility potions when needed to boost your agility to 50 (one of the obstacles requires 50 agility). This sounds like a lot of trouble, but its not. When you use the wildy course at this low level, you gain levels very, very quickly.

i find the brimhaven arena more exciting and not as repetitive
