My bank is full and im sure alot of the items are useless. How do I know which ones to get rid of? I ran across a character that would help you get rid of useless stuff, but i cant remember where to find him.

the wise old man in draynor will get rid of useless f2p quest items. Maybe if you could post a pic of your bank or a list of what is in it we could help you out more.
