I dunno if it works on every computer, but i have Windows XP, and if I change any account to Limited, this means that the user no longer can log on the internet :) Try that, it may work...

Broadband or dialup?

Heres the cheat way.

1. Set up her own login account.

2. Give it limited status

3. Open Internet Explorer

4. To to Tools > Internet Options

5. Click the Connections Tab and then click the LAN settings button

6. Tick the box to use a proxy server and put in a fake address or write a word such as "filtered"

7. Click ok and you will find that the internet no longer works.

This is a dirty way of doing it any you can easily intick the box to use a proxy server. But I am assuming that your sister isnt really a PC expert so she wouldnt be able to to work out how to turn the fake proxy off.

I am pretty sure that this will only affect her logon and not yours but try it out and see.
