Help needed on animation!!

I have recently egun to do animations with something called Microsoft GIF animator which was the only free one I could find!! However, when save it, it is about 800 kb, too big for a sig

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Anyone got any ideas on how to lower its size? It is about 25 frames

well u could start of by getting a better program... get a program called "graphics gale" just search it in google and u will find it... and best of all its free! then save it in that as a .gif and it might be smaller... but sometimes it can be to big no matter what u save it as if this is the problem u need to lesser the quality of the pic, your can do this with alot of programs.. i dunno if u can with graphics gale but im fortunate enough to have paint shop pro7 and animation shop 3 so i just use animation shop 3 to lesser the quility when i save it... so if u give me the anim i will make it a smaller file size if you would like?..
