right after you kill him

 

dig in the same spot again and the chest appears in your inventory

 

it should only be one, if you never get a new chest or clue report it to jagex to get it fixed

Same problem happened to me once, with a double agent on an emote clue. He spawned twenty-eight times. :D

 

 

 

I just logged out and logged back in, killed him again, and I got the casket. Maybe you can try doing that.
