If me and my friend have a bet for a santa and i win. will jagex acuse me of real world item trading?

possibly, i wouldnt just trade it though id goto duel arena and stake it for a few hundred thousand gp and some rune items stuff like that

i mean if i talk with jagex mod or player mod will they not acuse me? since i'm not giving anything.

Might...as stated above, also do the staking method as suggested above. That way, it seems more like you won an even matchup

Just have him give you like five noted items worth nothing. Then they wont take it as real-world trading.

But why you want to stake a santa??

 

If you stake a valuable item + something it will be fine :D
