Yes, but if you finished all quests and then your membership ran out you would be able to wear it and do the emote until a new quest came out. Quit. November 12, 200718 yr Usually your members only cape would stay on you until you take it off or die. The quest cape however removes itself when a new quest is released so if your inventory is not full then it will come off and go there. I am not sure if this will still happen in f2p but I am guessing it will.
