Ever seen a level 4 skill on tutorial island? Max was 3, so, is it possible?

Also, I reported this bug to JaGex, and I am NOT abusing it. The level WILL stay after you leave tutorial.

You guys better not abuse this bug, level 5 on tutorial island is not something to mess with.

you can train all skills to lvl 3 on tutorial island...hence raising your combat. NOthing new about that,

I've seen lvl 5 on Tutorial Island man...
