I haven't completed any quest which has to do with the shipyard. If you want to check out my stats, just click "Swedishboy7" on the left. The skills not ranked are 15 in agility, 50 in range, magic, cooking, woodcutting and 2 in thieving and 1 in the rest. Then you'll need some royal navy seal or something (obtained from Monkey Madness) to get in. I'm not 100% sure, which gate is this? Visit my Runescape comedy website, based on in-game screenshots.
