Well, I need to come into the shipyard on the east coast of Karamja because of clue. How do I do it in the easiest possible way?

 

I haven't completed any quest which has to do with the shipyard. If you want to check out my stats, just click "Swedishboy7" on the left. The skills not ranked are 15 in agility, 50 in range, magic, cooking, woodcutting and 2 in thieving and 1 in the rest.

You got there using the Gnome Glider right? Then you'll need some royal navy seal or something (obtained from Monkey Madness) to get in. I'm not 100% sure, which gate is this?

I think you have to have a Gnome Royal Seal in order to enter. Have you done Monkey Madness? If not, you can get the seal at the start of the quest.
