Serebii and all these sites have the information because they're playing on a ROM that someone leaked out. Well the opinion that Garchomp is broken has been circulating around since a year ago or two ago, when DP was first released in Japan. Now it's finally being moved to Ubers, though I still think Rayquaza would be more prefered over him in that tier. But Ray lacks SD and has only Dragon Dance, which still is a very powerful move on him. It'll be really interesting to see how people respond to Salamence and Gyarados' Outrage. Hey, did Snorlax get Slack Off?

So Pokemon Platinum is soon to be released in Japan, and there seems to be some alternate forms to existing Pokemon in this new game. Anyone looking forward to it and getting the game?

Dragon Dance is nice. It boosts Attack and Speed so you can go before others and deal more damage.

Oh yeah, speaking of which, some suggestions might not be welcomed by everyone who plays the games. This could be the wilderness ditch or other stuff, and if the person behind those suggestions had their names published, some might flame them in the game.

Yeah I haven't seen Jagex credit people for their ideas, and I think they should reward players by at least mentioning their name someone on their page. But Jagex is just being Jagex. I don't know if this is true, but during the dupe days they promised to give a lifetime membership to someone who revealed how the duping was done. People told them, but they were all banned instead of getting that reward. Sounds fair, but a bit phony.

You could always read some Runescape stories on my site if that would cheer you up and remove some boredom temporarily.

The account security on Runescape is very good already, better than most others since they don't have these stupid email password requests. If there's any other way to improve it, it would probably be giving you a different account name to go with your character. For instance, I'm Necrobrawler there. I log in using the name Chaos Reborn there and select my character Necrobrawler to play.

I once lent a halloween mask to a new player in around Lumbridge to Varrock, just for the fun of watching him.

The teleportation is unlimited, although I can see Jagex putting a restriction on it in the future.

With those stats you could be hunting for monsters and try to get a visage itself.

The absolute best thing to do here is just put an offer on Rune Scimitars and on lowest. It will not drop simply because it's 200 - 300 gp under the high alch value, and it simply will not go lower than that, otherwise people would make cash and get mage experience from high alching it.

When his health is down to half the healers appear, and after you've killed the healers in a safe place Jad might've regenerated over half health? Any one know how fast his HP regenerates?

Yes you can definitely do it, I only had 37 prayer when I finished it. If you use melee protection in the dungeon, all you need are some prayer pots.

They just rounded 24 to 25, and adding over before it sounds good. Remember that it's just an ad. But yes, it's very very likely that Jagex will release new skills in the future to keep members busy, though it would be a bit too soon if they released one like within a month or two.

Anything below 20k for one of those items is unlikely in my opinion, because the supply won't satisfy the demand for these items. Genie Lamps and these books cannot be collected or hoarded in large amounts, so the price will keep going up. In the end, it's mostly people who want a quick level now and then, those who have 98 in some expensive or hard to train skill, or rich dudes buying all the overpriced lamps and books.

So it should be possible if both have learned it? Because I don't have 55 crafting and can't be bothered to train it, but I'm getting 400 slayer points to learn the method.

About the armours part, now there's Bandos armour which provides a strength bonus too. The plate costs around 15 m, the legs 10 m. There's also some other armours equal to or better than barrows, but they cost a lot and aren't worth spending your money on.

Yes there are safespots at the Ankous, but you can get interrupted by monsters passing by. But after a certain while they won't be aggressive anymore. It's nothing I'd recommend you, because after a random event you're vulnerable to aggressive monsters again. You basically shoot at Ankous from the other side of a skeleton corpse.

It seemed pretty obvious that they wouldn't allow "renting" items to other players by charging cash. They'll surely add this rule somewhere soon. However it's enforced, it's just the same as the other rules. If a player says "lending party hat for 15 minutes for 3k!" you report them, and then they'll get busted. Which rule it falls under I have no idea, they'll probably put it under item scamming. Now don't ask me why this "renting" thing is item scamming, but some Runescape rule names include other stuff too. Jagex staff impersonation also includes saying that your main is a pmod or that your friend is one (no matter if it's true or not).
