ok well my mining and smithing are very low i want to get 60-70 aropund there in both skills whats the best place to mine iron, and bank it and i also want to smith it so i wont power mine

You're a member I assume from your stat signature. Try the iron mine just north-east of Yanille, that's the fastest way to bank that I know of.

if u can jump over the wall west of Falador (which is like 5 agility) u can mine at the mine south of Taverly and west of Falador
