Update in "Help and Advice" subforum

I suggest breaking down the help and advice forum by skill, quest, money making, etc. This way players with expierence in a skill could better help players with questions.

Example:

I am 114 combat. I could better help players with combat related questions, rater than dig through 4 pages. I usually only check the first page.

I want to go for 99 construction. I would like players with some background in construction to be able to easily assist me. As i start leveling construction, i would be able to visit that post and relay my expierence. I wouldnt browse the slayer forum because i have little expierence in that skill.

Just 5 topics down, something almost identical to this was brought up. so I'm just gonna quote myself:

Although Help and Advice is a fast moving forum, all the questions usually get answered. Why split it up?

We've tried this before and it was extremely unsuccessful. We had the main Help & Advice forum for all misc. questions and then various subforums for specific questions (skilling and moneymaking and there might've even been one other). But 90% of people ignored the subforums all together and just continued to post in the main forum. Then people who wanted to help out didn't want to navigate through subforums and usually just stuck to the main Help & Advice forum as well.

The system we have now works well, I think. It is rare that a question goes unanswered and they're usually all answered in an efficient manner.

Besides, if you need construction help, you're always welcome to PM me ;)

I have exactly the same problem, and I've always had it. I actually thought it was supposed to work that way.

I tried an other background (we both have the green one), but that doesn't solve the problem either. I also have firefox, Javascript on, those settings and it works fine for me if I'm logged off too. Strange.

I guess you posted this in the wrong thread? (I think it's for the hide function?)
