character surrounded by blackness glitch?

i dont know if anyone else has had this, but i was recently walking to Seers to sell something to my friend when suddenly my screen (the runescape window) turned black except for my character.

 

 

 

The minimap, inventory/stats/equiptment box and the chat box all worked normally but the screen where you see your character was black.

 

 

 

I could still move and talk, i just couldnt see it. I started freaking out and stupidly X-ed out of the window. I have no picture to show it but it was really weird.

 

 

 

Is this a bug or is it my computer?

I think that it was most probably a glitch, because your computer didn't actually crash or lose connection. However, its probably one of those annoying glitches which you really have difficulty recreating, in order to report it.

You should have asked if everybody knew that you were there. It would have helped.

i did. I asked my friend who was like 6 or so squares away from me and he said he got the same thing.

 

 

 

I also asked a few random ppl wcing and they said the same
