Please help scanning a drawing and pixeling over it.

How do I do this? I have a scanner. I scan the drawing. What next?

What I don't understand is how you trace over the drawing with pixel, I just dont understand that.

Size it first to sig spec's then make a new layer ontop of the drawing and just use a 1 px pencil tool and go over it.

No just use a pencil erase tool to clean up the lines.

how come when I scan something I draw, it comes out choppy, which makes it really hard to copy over?

Your scanner isn't good or you are drawing to lightly with your pencil. Try going over the lines with a pencil then scan it.
