If you complete every quest except the one where you fight the Culinaromancer you can buy Dragon and Rune gloves.

 

 

 

Once you beat the Culinaromancer you can buy Barrow Gloves.

Barrow Drops: Guthan's Helm, Karil's Crossbow.
