Something tells me I already know the answer to this from seeing other complaints about customer service but I've got a problem with my account and could really use the help of a live person at Jagex. The credit card I use for RS was lost. I got a new one and didn't see messages from Jagex that they were trying to charge my membership to the old card until it was too late. So now my membership is up and it won't let me use the new card. It says they are already attempting to process a payment for my account? Whatever that means!

 

 

 

Sent two messages to them hours ago with no response. any phone number to call? Usually companies want to take your money! :)
