I don't like constrution, so I would say just spend 1k on it for the house. Then train off of your other stats, and use the Tears of Guthix mini-game on construction. ::' That is what I did anyways, lol.

 

 

 

I would invest the cash in a skill that you can get money from. Also, its always fun to throw cash into your combat skills so you can fight higher level monsters for better drops.
