RogueCores Posted November 30, 2007 Share Posted November 30, 2007 Well I personally like to train on the ice trolls that are south of the rune rock on neitiznot. It's *not* multi, they drops raw sharks which you can cook and use, and they drop granite shield and rune kites quite often. Enjoy! :) Edit: Also you will definately want to use a shield that you make during the fremmy isle quest, you can make one with 1 bronze nail, 1 rope, and 2 arctic pine logs which can be found just north of neitiznot.
