Sound problems...

Whenever i go to play music, movies, or games, no sound comes out... when windows boots up it makes no sound, and when i go to play system sounds, nothing is played.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Im not sure exactly what is needed to know to get help to fix this... so just ask and ill do my best to get you what you need to know.

You might need to update your drivers for whatever sound card, or integrated sound card you have. Try to find out what card you have by right clicking my computer, select properties and click the 'hardware' tab

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Now go to device manager , and find the "sound, video, and game controllers and find what audio card you have :wink:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Once you know the card make and model, google up the name of it, and look for the developers site. Then download their newest drivers.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

NOTE: If you have a CD for your soundcard or motherboard, haces are the drivers came on that already, so you might want to take a gander for that as well

Ive tried reinstalling the driver... but nothing happened...
