torso isnt tradable. you have to get from Barbarian Assault. Wear a glory and ROW. Or a warrior or berserker ring if you have

I think you should get the best ''cheap'' armor that gives the best def. bonus, which is rune plate (i think)

 

At your def lvl you are qualified for dark gloves (barrows gloves). But for those you need this:

 

-175 quest points

 

-all parts of RFD done INCLUDING the sub-quests

 

and torso is good for str bonus...if you want to last long use a plate and are you member? if so train herblore. It'll help you getting prayer pots to last even longer at ankous while picking the loot...cuz they drop good stuff
