and for god sakes i suck at backrounds perhaps there is a tut i havnt seen or you wanna gimmi some great tips i wanna see cause i absoulutly suck with backrounds but my characters are good are they not??

Maybe you could put the character in Varrock/Falador, with lotsa people. Presumably he just bought the beret and is wondering how it looks on him. Also, put a guy right next to him with some bags of gold (the guy who just sold the beret). Just an idea.
