Smithing:Buy coal and iron ore, make steel bars and sell them, or make cannon balls, then sell the cannon balls, repeat.

Use you kingdom to get coal for 96 gp ea or so, then mine the iron that you'll need and smelt them into bars, then sell them or smith them and sell what you smith to get your money back.
