How to Balance out the recent updates

Jagex has recently launch a blitz on RWT(real world trading) there methods to removing RWT is rather crude but unfortunately necessary like cutting out a chunk of flesh to save someone from a bullet. IN this post i suggest several methods to help repair the damage performed on Runescape.

 

 

 

 

 

TRADING:

 

Trading is perhaps the main problem brought on by the updates. For Trading i suggest:

 

1)a scale of how much you can charge extra such as; placing a 10,000 limit for a rune plate(or other desirable items).

 

2)The limit to work on individual items for resources(gold,Runes,flax) but be substantly less like 250 gold per item

 

3)Remove the bottom only use the limit for overpricing

 

4)update the grand the exchange more frequently than once a day

 

5)raise the amount you can pay from 5% top 10% or more

 

 

 

PKing

 

1) Make specialized worlds that go back to the old days of runescape where you can fight other players anywhere within 20 combat lvls of you.

 

2)Create a new smaller more monitorable wildy.

I was thinking that for trading, it might be possible to keep the cap for consumables and stackables since those can be the most used for RWT, then let other items have a 5% or 10% money cap in which you could buy them

 

 

 

for example if you bought 10,000 lobsters at 200 each, you had to pay

 

1997K-2003K and not 1900k-2100k (5%)

 

 

 

but if you bought at non-consumable that oscillates up and down in price depending on new uses (barrows, for example, goes up when a new high level dungeon that has good items is released) you'd buy verac for 3.4M, you could pay 3230k-3570K(5%) it would allow for fast selling or actual profits.

 

 

 

Otherwise i like your ideas on pking, about themed worlds of old style pk, but if bounty hunter dungeon was non-multiway and you were matched with opponents only +/- 5 levels of you, i believe it would be a fun way to pk.

I think that's a much better idea. That way, people won't make clans and just kill one after another =\
