I dont think so, cause ring of dueling tele to CW too, so i think not possible :

Yep. it's an emerald ring ...I just logged on to an f2p server and a ring of dueling is a members object, so you can't use them in f2p worlds...might be something to suggest on RSOF , maybe they didn't even think of it

There is no way, because they will have to make another ring, because im member you have tele to duel arena and CW, in free you have just Duel arena??

Yeah but they may well put in the script that to teleport to castlewars you have to be on a members server when you click it, I may well suggest it :
