Had plans to level up my crafting for the sole reason to be able to craft a banner, but if you or someone else can confirm this, I would greatly appreciate it and save myself a few 100k and a bit of time :D

 

 

 

(The question is whether or not you can use the assist system to make yourself, with someone else's crafting level and easel, one of the nontradable construction banners)
