Need clue help please - Coordinates not in guide?

I got coordinates 12.48N 20.20E

 

 

 

It is in wildy in a circular area next to mage, I cant find this in the guide. How do I get in? Thanks.

That's the air obelisk, to get there you need to go in the edgeville dungeon and follow the path to the ladder.

hmmm, im pretty sure you have to go through the edgevill dungeon to get there
