Are your F2P or P2P?

 

 

 

If you're P2P, then train your combat skills with Slayer all the way. You'll be training Slayer anyways so why bother wasting time training combat at Pest Control? Pest Control is psychological suicide since you'll be bored mindless of the monotony very quickly.

 

 

 

If you're F2P, then you can kill the Flesh Crawlers in the Stronghold of Security.
