I was wondering, while making tabs, can you use a staff as part of the runes required to make them? Or do you have to be holding the runes in your inventory?

Very, but I want to use them. Always in need of home tabs, and when i get 70 agility, I will need to make fally ones for meleeing blues in tav dungeon for quick run thru broken wall
