Go to Diango, ask about the holiday items, if you have lost yours, one will be there. But, to change the color, exit the Diango window, and ask him about it again. However, I think this was an "intended feature" by Jagex, simply because Jagex didn't want complainers over players not being able to change color. :P ~Mr. D. V.
