I want to get 63 Herblore. Right now I am 60. I just spent about 1.3mil on getting it form 50-60. I am looking for a way to lose only about 200k getting it from 60-63.

impossible, the prices are too huge to make it with 200k

o, and i mean i can spend like 1m, then sell for 600k, becuase only lose of 400k

I see you got a decent slaylevel, do this:

 

equip a nosepeg and all prayerboosting gear you czan think of (as shield zammy book best; as weapon anything you like)

 

take some p pots (2 4doses or 3 should be good for you; super att pot is also optional to go faster)

 

make sure your house got a portal to canifis

 

take a hometab with you

 

 

 

start killing lots of abberant spectres (they give very decent herbs)

 

take the ranarrs to make more p pots, take the snaps for profit (or to make super restores afterwards), and take any herb that either gives decent xp when making pots or give nice profit selling them to buy cheaper herbs or seconds.

 

They also drop level3 clues from time to time, lava battlestaves (not much of a market, but just put them in the grand exchange), and I thought some alchable items too from time to time.
