What is the best droppers for lvl 1, 2 and 3?

2: Dunno

 

3: Jellies?

I don't think that there are "best dropper", almost every monsters can drop them, depend if you're lucky :D

harpie bug swarms drop lvl 2 clues like mad.

Any slayer monster that drops em usually will drop me atleast 2 clue scrolls before the task is over especially jellies greaters and blue drags \
