I'd say yes IF you already have a DFS (DragonFire Shield) and a bandos tasset, If not I'd say buy one of those.

I agree on that one.

 

If you need a bandos item for gwd trips just use the boots.

 

Just get a torso and use that instead of the chestplate.

 

Chestplate hasn't got that much more def bonusses, and torso is about 18m cheaper
