I'm F2P, wheres the best place to train my magic using fire bolt

Lesser demons are good, but you might want to save those until around 50 magic or so. Before that... maybe moss or hill giants, or white knights perhaps.

Lesser demons: In the Karamja volcano, there's a safespot for the lessers. You can find it, because it's obvious and someone will probably be there as well.

 

 

 

White Knights: Falador Castle/Palace, whatever it's called. Mage them from the other side of a table or other obstacle.

 

 

 

Hill Giants: Edgeville dungeon, but it's usually crowded... plenty of safespots though.

 

 

 

Moss Giants: Few safespots, but tend to be crowded. Varrock sewers.

okay would Moss Giants in Crandor be good?

Yeah, probably. The safespot is a bit weird, but it works.
